Senior Director – Product Development | London, UK | Hybrid

Our client is a leading global financial services firm that offers innovative solutions and access to unique opportunities across public and private capital markets. Additionally, they have a strong global presence with professionals globally. Our client is looking to add a Senior Director in Product Development. This role focuses on developing and managing products for wealth channels, including transitional successful institutional private strategies into wealth, on a global scale. Duties include: Develop, implement, and manage investment products for Private/Alternative asset classes in the Wealth market throughout their lifecycle (LTAF, ELTIF, BDC and/or Part II UCI). Analyse market trends and regulatory changes to create innovative products, presenting insights to senior leaders and aligning strategy across teams. Lead fund launches, collaborate with internal teams on fund structuring, and ensure smooth execution through governance processes. Represent the investment team on product-related matters, focusing on fund economics, mechanics, and regulatory compliance, while driving product innovation and expanding distribution channels. Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies: 10+ years in relevant fields, with a proven track record in launching and distributing private/alternative asset products. Hands-on experience in the last 3-4 years with practical, results-driven involvement. Strong ability to drive change, proactively address challenges, and resolve issues early. Established relationships with Client Portfolio Managers (CPM) and distribution teams. Global experience across Europe, Australia, and the US, with familiarity in regulatory landscapes such as UK LTAFs, US BDCs, and Luxembourg structures.
