We are a small group of family-owned 4 practices, based in Hatfield (AL10) and Cheshunt (EN8), just outside of the M25 and only a 25min drive from North West London.
We are looking for the right candidate to join our Hilltop Practice in Hatfield, settle down and whom we can help develop their knowledge and skills, support and empower to fulfil their career potential.
Our Practice
An independent practice – located in AL10 0LN 5 chair dental surgery, general and specialist led, with Periodontist, Endo Dentist, Implantologist, Hygienists, Orthodontist, DwSi Oral Surgery Incredibly supportive and available Principals A dedicated, loyal and longstanding practice team, winners for best workplace: Sunday Times Stable patient base, inundated with patients Qualified, supportive, consistent and reliable nurses and led by a multidisciplinary team of specialists and special interest dentists. Complete clinical freedom and a wide and varied range of well-stocked materials Focus on patient care, with advice and support on a range of courses Excellent UDA rate (£12/UDA) and 45% Private split with an abundance of patients and established list Ample street parking, staff-room and close to shops and cafes – Tescos and a whole parade of shops next door – the area has been regenerated 2 Hygienists at our practice We want someone loyal and caring to join our happy, collaborative team to look after our patients Surgeries & Technology

A strong, close-knit team with dentists from whom you can learn oral surgery, Invisalign, composite bonding techniques, implants, sedation, intra-oral scanning. Many of our dentists are specialists, lecturers, Consultants with teaching experience Training on the use of the CBCT Scanner, OPG and Trios Scanner for Invisalign and for restorative cases Opportunity to shadow the Principal and specialist dentists to develop skills as well as work on cases together A sedation contract in Cheshunt and the opportunity to train with the Principal on IV Sedation. He is a GP and anaesthetics trained doctor. Support to develop your Private skills, further your knowledge and how to develop a Private list Marketing support from our team, with Finance options for patients Responsive, dynamic Practice Management from a close-knit, capable team Help with photography and developing your own Instagram Job Types
