D365 CE Technical Consultant , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions within the financial services sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with financial services clients to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring optimal D365 CE solutions. Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 CE solutions, including configurations, customisations, and integrations. Provide technical leadership on Dynamics 365 CE projects within a Microsoft Partner environment. Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Ensure best practices in solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business analysts, to deliver successful projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth system operations. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a
D365 CE Technical Consultant , specifically within the financial services industry. Previous experience working with a
Microsoft Partner , delivering solutions to enterprise-level clients. Strong knowledge of
Dynamics 365 CE modules , including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Expertise in customisation and configuration, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities. Experience with integration tools such as
