£24,500 per annum + uncapped commission (1st year OTE = £28-32k) Hours:

Foster lasting relationships, building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches. Candidate Engagement:

Find and engage the best talent, attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies. Guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience. Skilful Negotiation:

Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Target Achievement:
