This Financial Planning Administrator job in London is ideal for an individual with 1+ years’ experience within a similar role, looking to join a well-established financial planning firm who have a proven track record of developing their team. As evidenced by this role being available due to the current individual being moved into a Paraplanner role. You will be working closely with their Senior Administrator, supporting their Paraplanner and Financial Advisors. Your responsibilities will include: Obtaining outstanding information from clients, Advisors and providers Updating factfinds following the Financial Advisor’s meetings Inputting attitude to risk questions and risk profile reports Adding and maintaining client records on Intelligent Office Maintaining new business pipeline reports Recording, sending and chasing Letters of Authority Updating the company’s social media posts and website Financial Planning Administrator Requirements Ideally, you should have 1+ years’ experience as an Administrator within a financial planning firm You should have strong verbal and written communication and be IT literate Individuals with experience of Intelligent Office and FE Analytics would be beneficial Individuals with experience of Scottish Widows and 7IM would be beneficial The Company The company has been established for over 10 years with a great reputation for providing clients with a highly personal service.
