About the Role
As a Production Manager/Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of their juice production business. Working with a small but dedicated team, you'll oversee production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency are always at the forefront. This is a hands-on role that combines management responsibilities with practical, on-the-ground involvement.
What We're Looking For Someone with a strong work ethic, who isn't afraid to get stuck in. They value a positive, "can-do" mindset above all. If you're willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, we want to hear from you! An eye for detail - someone who can maintain quality and ensure operational standards are met. An understanding of how machines work and the ability to adapt to new processes. They are very flexible with providing training. Having a Forklift License would also be very beneficial for the position.

Salary:
Starting at 28,000 for a supervisor role or 32,000-35,000 for a production manager, with room for development. Hours:
5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-4pm). Growth Potential:
