This is a unique opportunity to take charge of an established yet high-potential operation, driving relationships, team development and strategic execution. The Role: Lead and grow the UK team, overseeing all business development and sales activities. Define and execute the UK growth strategy across institutional and wholesale client segments. Develop and deepen client relationships while identifying new opportunities in the UK market. Drive team performance with a focus on achieving growth targets. Lead and drive all UK business development and client acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with global growth strategies and objectives. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in institutional and wholesale distribution within asset management, with a strong track record of driving AUM growth. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, able to inspire and optimise performance. A 'hunter' mentality with the resilience and entrepreneurial mindset to open new doors and build lasting relationships. Strong understanding of investment products, particularly equity, fixed income and emerging markets. 10+ years of experience in investment management, ideally with exposure to both institutional and wholesale clients.
