Salary: £53,080.55 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. Location: Head Office – London Duration: Permanent The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Data Scientist. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the work of the party in the analysis of voter behaviour, elections and campaigning, to contribute to Labour’s political and organisational strategies through the use of data analysis, and lead on the measurement and reporting of campaign progress and campaign effects. The successful candidate will have: Strong understanding of statistical modelling, with a minimum of degree-level statistical understanding, or equivalent professional experience Strong experience conducting political polling and working with polling infrastructure and data flows, particularly using advanced methods and automated processes A proven track record of highly proficient data handling, using advanced functionality Ability to work effectively as part of a team To apply for this post, please complete an application form and equal opportunities form and send it to
