My client is looking for a dedicated technical support developer to help us handle production issues. This includes working with our clients and customer success team to identify the source of a technical problem and then fixing those problems. The right candidate needs to be hungry to learn, a good problem solver that can prioritise what is important and get that done without distractions. It is very much a role that is a combination of a digital detective and a problem solver, requiring getting to know our clients' needs, the platform's features, and technology from the ground up. This role covers a lot of technologies, from UI, React, system configuration, Node.js backend code, databases, and AWS hosting.
