Overview:

We are seeking three highly skilled Project Managers to lead the implementation of a standard solution for Order Management & Distribution (OMD). Each Project Manager will focus on a specific area: Integration, Development, and Data Migration. These roles are critical to the success of the overall programme, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all components.

Responsibilities:

Planning:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives. RAID Management:

Identify, manage, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies. Finance Management:

Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery. Reporting:

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. Quality Management:

Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards. Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. An additional course or certification in Business Consulting, Project Management (waterfall, agile). Additional Technical Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2. Essential Skills:

Project Manager - Integration:

Lead the development, testing, and implementation of integration requirements. Ensure the strategic OMD solution is integrated with various systems using the Mulesoft Anypoint integration platform. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.

Project Manager - Development:

Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new components within the OMD Solution Programme. Ensure timely and quality delivery of all new components. Work closely with development teams to manage the lifecycle of new features and enhancements.

Project Manager - Data Migration:

Lead the development, testing, and implementation of data migration requirements. Manage the transition of data from legacy platforms to the new OMD Solution landscape. Coordinate with data teams to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.

Experience:

Proven experience in project management within IT or related fields. Strong understanding of Order Management & Distribution processes. Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience with RAID management and financial oversight. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Specific experience in Integration (Mulesoft Anypoint), Development, or Data Migration is highly desirable. What do I need before I apply:
