Our Back Office commodity teams need IT support for all the solutions in place around market communication processes and to leverage opportunities to create new tools that help them to be more efficient and create a future-oriented highly digitalised environment. Be part of RWEST, the commercial hub of RWE, and help us to drive the efficiency and digitalisation to support the energy transition as RWE’s mission. Your future plans Support and customize applications and tools for market communication standards Drive and support an agile team in T-Shaping towards a fully mature DevOps Squad Analyse existing Back Office processes and develop, enhance and support solutions for automation of tasks for better maintainability end2end in direct contact with your users. Collaborate with colleagues from other IT teams to build sustainable interfaces to exchange data and enable E2E processing You have hands-on experience in supporting and operating third-party systems and quickly find tactical solutions and long-term fixes to make sure daily processes can be fulfilled University Degree preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science You have a passion for supporting the business to fulfil their daily work You are a solution-oriented thinker who appreciates collaboration across departments and teams You have a passion to dive into backend and frontend development and care about user experience You are a strong communicator familiar with presenting to middle and higher management Good self-organising skills and able to work alone and in a team Open to travel to different locations like UK and US to strengthen collaboration within the team and cross stakeholders Advantageous You have knowledge about Market Communication processes and EDIFACT formats and message types Our offer We really appreciate you going the extra mile and using every ounce of energy when the heat is on.
