As an English Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular teachers. What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can: Teach and support students in English during teacher absences. Ensure students stay engaged and focused on their work. Manage classroom behavior and create a calm, productive learning environment. Provide general assistance to students and maintain a positive, encouraging attitude. Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and support student progress. Essential Requirements:
DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential). Up-to-date safeguarding training. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage groups of students. A passion for education and supporting young learners, especially in English. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Why Join Us?
