This is a full-time role, starting in the Summer Term 2025, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver high-quality lessons in Business and Economics, including A-level Economics, Applied Business Level 3 Extended Certificate, and GCSE Business. Design and implement engaging and challenging curriculum content to foster academic excellence and a passion for the subjects. Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of colleagues, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the department. Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to ensure every student reaches their full potential. Support and mentor students in their academic and personal development, both inside and outside the classroom. About You: Qualified teacher with a strong background in Business and Economics. Proven experience in teaching Business and Economics at A-level, Level 3 Applied Business, and GCSE. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students. Passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality lessons. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach to curriculum development and innovation.
