Role and Responsibilities: Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons. Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum guidelines. Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress and wellbeing. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s English curriculum. Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and wider school activities. The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching English at the secondary level. Demonstrates a commitment to student achievement and inclusive education.
