DESCRIPTION We are looking for an enthusiastic training administrator to join our team specializing in technical Training for our Service training centre in Daventry, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! Summary of the course: The Training Administration Apprentice role is a developmental position within the Cummins service training team. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study from home or the office. The working hours are 37.5 hours on a 9AM -5PM schedule. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Qualification. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and update documentation of training completion Create instructor materials, attendance sheets and certificates Engage with customers to support with their training enquiries and bookings Manage inventory and ordering of needed items for the team Manage the training waiting list and training booking systems. QUALIFICATIONS 5 GCSE 4/C or above in Math, English and any other 3 subjects. 3 years+ being a UK residential also essential. Good IT skills with experience on MS office programs, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail People focused with a friendly can-do attitude Be able to work in a team that has diverse backgrounds.
