Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Immigration Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of immigration processes and regulations. This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their immigration status, applications, and related matters. The Immigration Adviser will also assist in administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. Duties Provide comprehensive immigration advice to clients, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. Assist clients in completing immigration applications and documentation accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and relevant changes in legislation. Conduct data entry and manage client information using systems. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including social media management when necessary. Collaborate with other team members in the Human Resources department to streamline processes related to immigration cases. Organise and maintain client files and records to ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Support the administrative functions of the office as required. Qualifications Proven experience in an advisory role or similar position within immigration services or human resources is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
