Discretionary annual bonus The Role: As an Employee Relations and Change Specialist you will be responsible for delivering a first-class Employee Relations service that supports and upskills managers in handling and concluding ER cases. In your day-to-day role, you will: Provide specialist ER expertise, guidance and advice to people managers and People Business Partners on a wide range of topics. Coach people managers to reach their own conclusions and effective decision making. Provide strong support across the business on case management, focusing on risks and potential outcomes. Effectively manage own ER caseload from end to end in a timely manner across various topics. Attend and prepare for formal or informal meetings, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are briefed. Work in partnership with People Business Partners on key change projects to provide expert employee relations advice. Take a lead on Employment Tribunal management and preparation, including ACAS conciliation. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in employee relations or a related specialist role. Experience of managing end to end employee relations case management. Experience of working in a fast-paced, cost-conscious environment. Excellent technical HR/employment law knowledge. Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CIPD Qualified. The interview process: 30-minute call with Talent Acquisition.
