Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters remotely.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Conduct thorough due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders.
Utilise modern technology and conveyancing software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
Live in the South East of England.
Strong knowledge of residential property law.

Desire to increase your reputation as an expert in conveyancing within your community.
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
