Although our client is small in team size (25 company-wide, 5 direct reports), their results are impressive. Develop and maintain production schedules for machine builds •

Adjust workflow as needed for delivery times and capacity •

Maximize workflow by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions •

Employ and enforce safety protocols and best practices •

Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability •

Supervise activities across departments to meet deadlines and quality standards •

Lead direct reports (5), providing guidance and regular reviews •

Manage inventory ensuring tools are available and equipment is maintained •

Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness •

Understand customer requirements and participate in acceptance testing Qualifications •

5+ years of manufacturing experience with mechanical components required •

Strong project management experience required •

Experience working with engineering teams required •

Able to work onsite daily required
