Electrical Project Manager This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join an established and very successful Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in the Wokingham area. Predominantly working across the commercial, office fit-out and healthcare sectors, the company are a highly-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning with typical project values ranging from 50k up to 2m. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks. Conduct site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration. Electrical Project Manager - Desirable Experience and Key Skills: Experienced Electrical Project Manager or similar role, i.e., Electrical Contracts Manager operating in the building services sector. Experience in successfully delivering electrical building services projects within the commercial and/or healthcare sectors. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Relevant Electrical Qualifications. Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Electrical Project Manager include: Base salary: 70,000 - 75,000 depending on experience.
