Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on construction planning, methods, and problem-solving for engineering challenges. Collaborate with the tender team to explore and evaluate alternative strategies for each submission. Develop and review tender programmes, ensuring alignment with project-specific constraints. Assist in preparing supporting documents for tender submissions. Evaluate sub-contracted design work for buildability and compliance, seeking guidance from the Technical Manager as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and legislative changes to bring fresh ideas to the team. What You'll Need:

HNC in Civil Engineering (or higher) with significant civil engineering site experience. Proficiency in programming tools such as Asta or Microsoft Project (training available if required). Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team. Eligibility to live and work in the UK. What's on Offer:
