Your new role
Technical responsibility for structural engineering design delivery
Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key and prospective clients.
Line Management and technical development and growth of our structural engineering team.
Client and stakeholder interface.
Co-ordination and management of other disciplines inputs into projects.
Take financial responsibility for the structural fees on projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer
Client-facing and business development skills, or an aspiration to develop them
Extensive post-graduate experience in major structural engineering building projects
Proven track record in design delivery from concept to detailed delivery
Detailed knowledge of design codes and standards relating to structural engineering.
Detailed knowledge and experience of 2D and 3D design software packages and suitability for their use at project level.
