Our client Repsol, a leading Oil and Gas operator based in Aberdeen, is currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join their team on a contract basis initially. Ideally, for this role, they are looking for a strong Systems Analyst with an Oil and Gas background who has hands-on transactional experience in the area of warehousing and materials management. Repsol Resources UK Limited Supply Chain Management (SCM) department is a key support function that enables the commitment of 3rd party spend across Operations, Wells, and Projects. Role Accountabilities

Support alignment of Supply Chain processes with the Repsol global template (Materials Management, MRP, Repairs/Returns). Support defect corrections and feature enhancements as well as end-user support & role review. Prepare and update training material and track compliance within the service receipting process. Ensure compliance with the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and drive best practices to support the Head of SCM, as well as stakeholders throughout the business, to ensure processes are being adhered to and ERP systems are being used in the most efficient way. Track and resolve GRN invoice exceptions and identify where further improvements can be achieved. Support the ERP upgrade testing and UAT testing of new functionalities. Assist in End User Training. Actively contribute to business/process improvement initiatives. Identify improvement areas within the SCM & Logistics Processes to ensure transactional efficiency. Skills & Qualities

Hands-on transactional experience in the area of Warehousing & Materials Management. Good understanding of ERP landscapes, upgrades, refreshes, and implementations. Good understanding of both the Procurement & Materials Management Processes. Expertise in Goods and Service Receipting. Experience in using ERP systems (SAP S4HC) with a proven track record of delivering enhancements, or Operational Experience within the UKOG sector. Experience in Implementation/Support of WMS systems (SAP Field Logistics or equivalent) is an advantage. High attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of seniority. Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. Willingness to take responsibility and challenge constructively. Demonstrate an active, performance-driven mindset.
