They are seeking a highly skilled NetApp SME to join a critical 12-month programme supporting deployments across the UK and Germany. Key Responsibilities: Basic & Standard Deployment - Delivered by an NCDA Engineer on-site with remote NCSIE Engineer support. Advanced Deployment - Delivered by both NCDA and NCSIE Engineers on-site. Perform rack-and-stack installation of equipment. Basic configuration of NetApp appliances, disk shelves, and related hardware. Coordinate with customer site contacts to ensure smooth deployment. Follow rack elevation patching schedules provided by the customer. Remove and install up to 4 devices (including disk shelves) per day. Operate during Normal Business Hours (NBH), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (site local time). Document hostname labeling for deployed equipment. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in NetApp deployment, including hardware installation and basic configuration. Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack processes in data center environments. NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA). NetApp Certified Support Engineer (NCSIE). Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site deployment issues. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Location: UK Wide - Germany Wide (Must be willing to travel) IR35 Determination: Outside IR35 - Scope of Work Duration: 12 Months (4 Year Programme) Day Rate: £600PD - £750
