A fantastic opportunity is available for a Project Engineer to join our Engineering team. The purpose of the role is to manage the planning and implementation of capital and revenue projects, covering the installation, commissioning, and validation of process and packaging equipment, facility upgrades, utilities, and infrastructure upgrades. Your responsibilities

To support the Health Care business by delivering Engineering Capital Investment Projects to Time, Cost and Quality Expectations. Control all aspects of project activity including engineering, design, programme, safety management, procurement, commissioning, and validation. Preparation of Capital Expenditure justification packages. Management of Capital budget. Maintaining awareness of technological and regulatory standards. Formulation of creative technical solutions. Negotiation with Suppliers and Contractors. Co-ordination of multi-disciplined teams. The experience we're looking for

Engineering background with Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience desired. Engineering Qualification, Degree level, BTEC HNC or ONC. Experienced in managing internal and external resources to ensure project activities are completed on time, to budget, and the required specification. Working knowledge of GMP requirements for facilities and equipment desired. Manage external contractors whilst adhering to safe working practice and specific HSE requirements. Demonstrable management experience of multiple concurrent projects. Ability to identify and manage project blockers before a critical path is affected. Can plan engineering works to minimise impact on production operations. Adaptable and flexible to changes required from the business. What we offer
