As our high-profile CV Sales Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious goals and providing strategic guidance to exceed them. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with dealership objectives and Ford Motor Company standards. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering individual growth and development. Build strong relationships with customers, prioritising their needs and ensuring a consistently exceptional buying experience. Drive profitable sales growth, utilising data analysis and market insights to identify and capitalise on opportunities. Contribute to the dealership's overall success, participating in operational decisions and ensuring smooth running across all departments. You are a perfect fit if you are: Experienced industry Sales Manager with either Car or Commercial Vehicle background. Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor others. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Are passionate about the automotive industry and the Ford brand.
