£30k - £34k + 12% Management Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package Location:

Key Accountability:

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and uphold the brand's standards. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets. Customer Service Excellence:

Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects the brand's luxury ethos. Staff Training and Development:

Coordinate ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills of the retail team. Operational Efficiency:

Streamline store operations by optimizing staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations. Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly. Compliance and Standards:

Ensure that the store adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of operations. Problem Solving:

Address any operational challenges or customer issues promptly, seeking innovative solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Market Insights:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to proactively adapt strategies.
