Digital Marketing Specialist

to join us. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be

responsible for the implementation of marketing and communication campaigns across digital channels , dealing with all digital marketing activity including email marketing automation campaigns (using Mailchimp), landing pages, SEM (PPC and SEO), content marketing, online advertising and social media. As an important member of the Marketing team, you will continually look for new opportunities for the sales department, prioritising lead generation as a measure of success of the marketing campaigns and maintaining our e-commerce website as the key digital channel. Responsibilities Create, execute and measure digital marketing campaigns Implement marketing automation campaigns – designing, writing and deploying email campaigns and landing pages using Pardot and Mailchimp Manage customer surveys (SurveyMonkey) Create and generate content (text-based and visual) for all digital marketing activity Create and upload copy and images for the company’s ecommerce website Manage and segment the contact database in accordance with the requirements of GDPR Supervise and maintain website position on search engines, improving SEO and performing keyword research Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of our website Management and execution of online advertising campaigns (PPC/AdWords) Management and execution of social media campaigns (engagement and brand awareness) and social advertising Maintain measurements of KPIs for digital marketing activity, demonstrating effective ROI Maintain the company's YouTube video channel and create/edit in-house videos for product FAQs Support the marketing & sales department in other required tasks, i.e., participate at online conferences, trade shows and events Experience and Qualifications Applicants must have the following essential skills and experience: Digital Marketing qualification and/or proven experience in Digital Marketing Hands-on experience working with SEM, implementing and maintaining PPC (Google Ads) and SEO campaigns Able to create email marketing and landing pages, UX best practices, responsive design and deliverability Experience in Marketing Automation - using Mailchimp - with ability to populate, develop and build responsive email templates and to create visually appealing landing pages Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media The ideal candidate will also have: Digital design skills - good knowledge of picture and video editing Website content management skills Excellent content writing skills Excellent communication/storytelling skills Basic HTML/CSS skills Personal Skills Self-motivated, resourceful and confident Dynamic and creative Comfortable managing multiple tasks Great communication and copywriting skills A good team player who is also comfortable working independently Confident in engaging with customers A thorough, diligent approach to organising work Strong analytical skills What we offer / Benefits: Holiday:
