As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and managing store performance. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Train, supervise, and develop staff members to foster a high-performing team culture. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage during peak times. Communicate with upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain a clean and organised store environment that reflects the brand's values. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Strong sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike. Experience in retail management with a solid understanding of merchandising principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions. Proficient in supervising staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
