All About You A qualified Occupational Therapist with full HCPC registration. At least one year’s experience working with children in a paediatric setting, with a focus on complex needs. A passion for working with children with developmental and physical disabilities, including sensory processing difficulties. Experience with a range of paediatric assessments and therapy approaches, including those for complex neurological and developmental conditions. Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to write high-quality assessments and reports. What will you be doing? Deliver expert Occupational Therapy services to children and young adults with complex needs, including developmental and neurological conditions. Design and implement bespoke therapy programs tailored to the unique needs of each client. Manage and evaluate a caseload of children with varying levels of sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and physical disabilities. Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Contribute to research and evidence-based practices to enhance the service provided. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing training and support to parents, educators, and colleagues. Develop and innovate therapy services, including group therapy sessions and digital support initiatives. Supervise students and assist with the induction of new team members.
