Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
Running a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated cases Overseeing a range of fast-track personal injury claims following claimants sustaining injuries as a result of road traffic accidents Conducting investigations, liability reviews, legal research, medical record analysis, case valuations and settlement negotiations Providing expert legal advice to clients in relation to injury and accident claims Drafting of legal documents such as court forms, statements and correspondence Managing claims, including OIC and MOJ cases Also overseeing non-portal cases as/when required
