Learning Support Assistant

to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis starting

Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure progress in learning and personal development. Maintain a calm, supportive, and interactive approach to motivate students throughout the day. Encourage small achievements, promoting confidence and motivation in every child. Candidate Requirements: Strong knowledge of SEN and previous experience in a similar role. A calm, patient, and resilient demeanour. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
