Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and patient care, enabling them to provide comprehensive support to individuals facing various life challenges. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients, assessing their needs, and connecting them with appropriate resources and services. Duties Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored care plans. Provide counselling and support to individuals and families dealing with emotional, social, or financial difficulties. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress. Facilitate support groups and community outreach programmes. Stay informed about local resources and services available to clients. Experience A degree in Social Work or a related field is essential. Previous experience in a social work or healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of anatomy and patient care practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills are essential traits for success in this role.
