The volunteer role is face-to-face and cannot be done remotely – Please read the role carefully, this is a volunteer unpaid role.
The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:
Taking and preparing notes (not formal minutes) Completing satisfaction surveys that are patient facing when needed. Using Microsoft packages to manipulate information. Mapping of staff and competencies across the Trust and assurances. Supporting staff in dealing with spreadsheets and stock control of equipment. Answering telephones Making drinks for visitors and meetings Photocopying Confidential shredding Supporting events and conferences – registration and events management Updating information on the Intranet. Reporting any concerns to the Supervisor / Service Manager Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) employs around 3700 talented colleagues who are very much appreciated, valued, and respected.
