Job description Community Care Assistant - Canterbury DRIVER INCENTIVE - £250 DRIVER BONUS!! Care at Home Services is a long-standing family-run care company, providing domiciliary care through our Care branches, located across Kent and Sussex. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of home care to our many clients within their local communities and nurturing our staff to reach their full potential. Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns – including working hours of 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, and alternate weekends. You will need to deliver commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, ensure the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible, and enjoy working alone as well as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential. The role itself is varied, hard work, but incredibly rewarding.
