Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement. Personal care:
Supporting with a wash, bath or shower and assisting the client with dressing and oral care. Medication:
Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams. Meals:
Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages. Domestic tasks:
Light cleaning tasks. Mobility:
Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility. Social activities:
