Teaching Assistants

to support our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils. You'll work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience, both in the classroom and through small group sessions. Key Responsibilities: Support classroom learning by helping to create engaging activities and materials Assist with literacy, numeracy, and phonics development Work 1:1 or with small groups to provide targeted support Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being Help organise resources and prepare classroom materials Supervise playtime and extracurricular activities Accompany school trips and out-of-class learning experiences Support the overall care and welfare of pupils, ensuring a nurturing environment Benefits We offer a supportive and friendly working environment with opportunities for professional development and training.
