Purosearch are working with a leading company who provide specialist care to the elderly and people living with Dementia. I am seeking an experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee a stable and highly regarded Residential Home in the Rochester area of Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established care home. This is a wonderful company who really reward the hard work of all their staff, alongside the annual salary the successful candidate will also receive a yearly bonus.
The Ideal Residential Home Manager:
You will be an approachable and passionate Care professional. You will ensure that all of your residents receive the best care possible and have a hands-on approach to management. You will ensure that the care is of the highest standard and promote a positive culture within the Home which inspires your staff team.
Requirements of the Residential Home Manager:
Care Home Manager experience NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management (or working towards) Excellent communication skills Current 'Good' rated CQC reports or 'Outstanding' Budget management experience
Summary of the role and responsibilities of the Residential Home Manager:
The successful Residential Home Manager will be experienced in working with the Elderly. You will also have experience of managing staff teams, carrying out training and recruitment of staff and conducting appraisals. In return, you will receive an annual salary of up to £42,000, and be exposed to a range of career development and training opportunities to develop and progress your career.
