You will arrange private travel for VIPs & CEOs offering a first-class concierge service to ski and villa locations around the world. Ideally, you will have experience in dealing with private high-end/luxury travel accommodations worldwide and a passion for ski/snowboarding, along with the ability to build trust and rapport with your clients. They will pay up to £35k for the right person with an OTE of £40-50k. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of VIP and high-touch clients booking their luxury ski accommodations and, at times, luxury villas. Build relationships with clients based on trust to provide a first-class service for their personal travel arrangements. Recommend and book luxury accommodation in various ski resorts around the world and occasionally make villa recommendations too. Provide a high level of service. Maintain detailed knowledge of luxury products in the company’s portfolio. Maximise revenue by ensuring every aspect of the client’s trip is considered. Skills and Experience: Strong background in luxury travel dealing with VIP clients, either for a luxury tour operator or concierge service. Luxury travel reservations experience from either a PA, concierge service, tour operator, or someone with a luxury property rental background. Must be articulate and well-written, with experience drafting emails to affluent clientele. Service-driven. High level of communication and the ability to build rapport. High attention to detail.
