Your new company A caring and passionate school in the West of Warrington is looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis for at least the rest of the academic year. The primary school is equipped with excellent facilities and achieved very high standards in their recent Ofsted inspection. For the successful Early Years Teaching Assistant, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the progression of the pupils, as well as improving your skills through working as part of a high achieving team. The Head is looking to appoint a highly skilled Early Years Teaching Assistant with secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be joining a hardworking, forward-thinking team, so you will need to be proactive in your approach, with an ability to motivate yourself as well as the children in your care. The role will be working Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-12:30 and Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30-3:30. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this Early Years Teaching Assistant role you will: Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 Be able to provide reference details for an education setting where you have worked within the last 2 years Have proven experience of working with the EYFS framework Be comfortable supporting other members of staff in the preparation of food; feeding pupils and adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines What you'll get in return As a Hays Supply Teacher, you will receive a generous rate of pay (dependent on experience).
