Your key responsibilities as a Workshop Manager will be: Front of house Service reception Hands on in your support of our technicians, fitters, mechanics, and MOT testers in the workshop Have Team Leader experience and be able to mentor the team Ensure a fantastic customer experience whilst driving sales Interact with customers at the reception and over the phone Carry out administration duties including updating the stock system, reconciling cash/credit sales, and ensuring work practices & quality procedures are being followed Reinforcing Company policies, standards, and H&S regulations Be part of setting objectives for the team and manage their performance and bonus earnings Benefits in this Workshop Manager role: No working on Weekends.
