The company operates various production machines and they seek someone to maintain, service and repair the machines on a daily routine. Working within a small team you will be responsible for responding to ongoing preventive servicing and developing skills to maintain and ultimately develop skills to deal with breakdowns of machines within specific departments. We are NOT looking for an experienced Maintenance professional. Training will be provided to execute the following: Carrying out planned preventative servicing of machines Servicing including oiling, greasing, bearing and minor parts replacements Accurate record keeping Potential candidates will possess the desire to gain the following skills. Any experience would be advantageous: Ability to communicate well within your team and other departments Independent and confident in their abilities Experience in industrial environments Machine servicing and low-level maintenance experience would be advantageous Knowledge of fault-finding and problem-solving techniques Electrical knowledge desirable but not essential Salary: GBP27.5k - 33k depending on skills/experience 40 hours per week Monday - Friday days only Holidays: 31 including statutory Company pension scheme Basic Health Care Package Discretionary Bonus
