QUANTITY SURVEYOR - BRISTOL - PERMANENT - UP TO £50,000 PER ANNUM ARM is working with a major global infrastructure consultancy, and we are currently recruiting for a quantity surveyor to work from their Bristol location. About You: BSc in Quantity Surveying. Experienced in both pre and post-contract quantity surveying responsibilities. Familiar with NEC4 ECC contract terms. Knowledgeable in methods of measurement (CESMM4/MMHW). Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience in Civils/Highway/Public Realm projects is preferred, but not required. A member or actively working towards membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or another recognized professional body. What you will be doing: Deliver a comprehensive range of Quantity Surveying services, supporting the project from start to finish as part of the project team. Prepare cost plans, estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation. Offer construction phase services, including change management, contractor payment applications, forecasts, and final accounts. Prepare commercial reports for clients. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure an integrated approach to client delivery. Foster strong client relationships and provide exceptional service on a project-by-project basis, working closely with senior management.
