Manufacturing Engineer

to help optimize our processes, ensure top-tier product quality, and drive efficiency across our production lines. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: Optimize Manufacturing Processes

– Develop and implement

cost-effective, high-efficiency

production methods. Enhance Product Quality

– Monitor, test, and refine manufacturing processes to maintain

exceptional quality standards . Equipment Oversight

– Ensure machinery is

properly maintained, repaired, and optimized

for smooth operations. Data-Driven Improvements

– Collect and analyze production data to

identify trends and boost performance . Lead Projects

– Manage

continuous improvement initiatives

in cost reduction, process efficiency, and product development. Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work alongside

design, procurement, and quality assurance teams

to align manufacturing processes with company objectives. Ensure Compliance

– Maintain adherence to

industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices . Train & Mentor

– Support and guide

production staff

on new processes and best practices. Qualifications

What You’ll Bring: Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience

in a similar role within a

manufacturing environment Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in

CAD software and relevant computer programs Experience with

injection moulding processes/equipment Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma certification

(preferred) Familiarity with

automation, robotics, and ERP systems A passion for
