Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to meet deadlines. Adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow decisions made during Management Reviews. Support the execution of the combined Internal Audit Schedule. Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standards. Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems. Document, track, and report on quality-related actions and their outcomes. Coordinate and manage corrective actions to address quality issues effectively. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in quality processes and systems. Ensure all company products and services meet or exceed quality standards. Respond promptly to corrective and preventive action requirements to resolve issues efficiently. REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or similar, with a solid understanding of chemical processes. In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices. Hands-on experience with product testing and quality control systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in techniques such as 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, and CAPA. A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work with team members to enhance processes and improve product quality. Proficient in documentation practices and requirements. Sound knowledge of sampling methods and product testing. Familiarity with management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric evaluation. Capable of investigating, researching, and managing information efficiently.
