Quantity Surveyor: We are currently working with a leading contractor within the Infrastructure and Energy Sector, who are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis. Based out of their newly growing office in Edinburgh, on a project of over 2bn. This is a Hydro scheme. Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the quantity surveying function. Overseeing cost control, budget management, and financial reporting. Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and relevant regulations. Collaborating with project teams to optimise cost-effectiveness. Identifying and mitigating potential risks. Providing accurate and timely project cost analysis. What we can offer: Car Allowance/ Company car 5% Pension rate Accrued holidays What we need: Experience inside NEC4 contracts 1-2 years of Civils experience Ideally SSE project experience 2 professional references Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
