What will the Financial Controller role involve?
Working closely with the Managing Director and SLT, this position will oversee the finance team with full oversight of the financial operation of the business. Take a 'hands-on' approach to day-to-day duties and develop the finance team for succession planning. Advise and provide strategic input into business growth plans. Liaise extensively with senior stakeholders to ensure finance information is fully understood to aid decision-making. Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
Candidates will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) and will have experience operating at the Financial Controller level with aspirations to be a Finance Director. Sector experience will ideally come from a service-based business and may have been gained in an SME or corporate environment.
