Leadership and delivery of programme benefits associated with the new operating model and organisational structure acting as Senior Responsible Officer for the continued delivery of the Organisational Change programme and MFT Operating Model. Support and maintain oversight of the Trust's agenda, including strategy, partnerships, and general delivery alongside supporting in the day-to-day line management of the Clinical Group Chief Executives. Work with, as part of, the Board of Directors to provide leadership to deliver the strategic ambitions of MFT undertaking dedicated programmes of work or assignments as agreed with the Trust Chief Executive. Lead and develop excellent working relationships with the wider Greater Manchester system including the ICB, local authority, local communities including GPs, health organisations, and interest groups. MFT is one of the largest NHS Trusts in England with a turnover of £2.8bn and is on a different scale than most other NHS Trusts.
