Project Coordinator

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by supporting our Project Leads and PMO Lead, coordinating activities, and keeping everything running smoothly. If you’re highly motivated, proactive, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:

Organise and Coordinate : Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project-related activities to keep everything on track. Administrative Excellence : Perform administrative tasks in ServiceNow to ensure project updates are accurate and timely. Stay on Top of the Details : Take meeting minutes, schedule calls, monitor progress, and follow up on action items. Manage Projects : Track scope, time, budget, and quality expectations using SoftwareONE’s Delivery Methodology. Collaborate and Communicate : Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and updates. Documentation Guru : Create and maintain comprehensive project documents, plans, and reports. Continuous Improvement : Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives such as data quality checks in PSA and ServiceNow.

What we need to see from you

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Experience : 1+ years of coordinating project management activities, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time. You'll have ideally worked in the technology space before. Skills That Shine :

Outstanding coordination and organisational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication (no grammar or spelling mistakes!). Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and project management tools such as SwoDP. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
