When you join us, you can expect to be supported in building your competence in assessment. There will be a minimum of two-week local induction and a core competency framework to support you in developing your assessment skills using evidence-based practice. We host regular reflective practice sessions, training days, and wellbeing workshops, as well as clinical and management supervision. CRHT is quality improvement focused and has regular interfaces with a range of teams, both internally and externally, including a focus on outreach with primary care. The shift pattern is long days, 3 per week, including night cover, with 4 days off. We can offer the opportunity to rotate if this is of particular interest. Why Work for Us?
